Learn about the power of essential oils to aid a better night's sleep.

In this class you'll learn about sleep patterns; what can interrupt them; "sleep hygiene"; and how essential oils can help you get a good night's sleep.
45 minutes class then time for questions - you're welcome to stay longer than 8pm if you've got lots of questions!


I am a doTERRA Wellness Advocate and this session will focus on doTERRA essential oils.
